IN THIS LESSON
Did you know that according to research, the average person has approximately 60,000 thoughts per day. No wonder meditation feels overwhelming! The good news is, this is a normal part of the meditation practice. Without becoming aware of our many thoughts we would be brain dead and also unable to make any positive changes in our lives. In this session we practice allowing thoughts to come and go and learn why it’s valuable to observe our thoughts through meditation.
