IN THIS SESSION
Breath, it’s always there to come back to.
Part of meditation to increasing our awareness so we can become more mindful. It’s the nature of our mind to wander and go off on all sorts of tangents and there are many different areas our mind can wander to so it’s helpful to have something we can always come back to in order to remain centered. Some people call this an anchor, one of the oldest and most popular anchors is the breath. In this session we learn to become aware of the breath and bring our awareness back to it when the mind wanders.
