MELLOW YOGA SESSIONS
A slightly more dynamic mellow yoga. A great class to take if you’re interested in trying some of my dynamic yoga classes.
Equipment: 1 x Strap OR towel and 2 x Yoga bricks
Level: Beginner to easy intermediate
Pace: Dog
Basic stretches to ease bloating and digestive discomfort. Slow down and tune in with some basic stretching and calming breath.
Level: Beginner
Equipment: Cushion and 2 x yoga bricks (both optional)
Pace: Slow Dog
In this class we practice breathing techniques and basic yoga poses that help gas travel through the digestive system and decrease the pressurised feeling in your belly.
Regain balance of your body, mind and soul with this mellow yoga practice.
Level: Beginner

Relax into your week with a whole body flow. A practice that soothes your body from the inside out. Yoga helps prevent burn out through allowing you time and space to let go of unnecessary stresses. Some things you can change but what is out of your control, is it worth spending all that energy worry over when we can use that energy for other things. Your energy flows to what you focus your awareness on. The yoga practice teaches us how to direct your energy most efficiently.
A gentle stretch and some self-love. We all judge ourselves at time, when we let go, we allow space for growth and improve the relationships with those around us.
Level: All levels
Equipment: Cushion, wall, chair. Prepare your body in a comfortable seated or laying position.

We all have the tendency to self judge but is it really helpful to us?
Self-judgement can become so normal the we don’t even realise we’re doing it. In this class we combine stretching with countering thoughts to let go of judgement and feel better. If you are struggling with countering thoughts, use the mantra, “I am exactly where I need to be right now.”
Align with you inner self to move forward in your day with clarity and steadiness.

A short stretching video to release tension in the larger muscle groups surrounding the spine to offer release and relief.
A soothing and mellow yoga class for anyone with back stiffness. This sequence is designed for all levels, to release tension from the spine and surrounding muscle groups, which can put pressure on the spine when tight (or weak).
Level: All levels
Equipment: None
Pace: Fast Tortoise/Slow Dog
A gentle practice including breathing, gentle movement and relaxation.
Level: Beginner
Equipment: A cushion or chair to sit on at the beginning of the class

Finish your day with a mellow 20 minute stretch.

Relax into mellow stretches with the yoga teaching of Surrender, also known as ishvara pranidhana.
A morning yoga practice looking at the practice of contentment, also known as Santosha in yoga.
Contentment can be mean many different things at different points in your yoga journey. Contentment means accepting and appreciating what we have and who we are already. It’s being at peace and happy with where we have come to in the present moment. Contentment also means maintaining inner peace even when outside circumstances change or do not go to plan.
Levels: Beginner to easy intermediate
