A course to relax your body and mind, bringing you to a peaceful and light state.

Transition from a busy day to a mellow evening and sound sleep. A mellow stretch focusing on stretching the inner thighs.
Equipment: 1 x Yoga block and 2 x Yoga bricks (all optional)
Level: Beginner
Pace: Fast Tortoise/Slow Dog -
Relax into mellow stretches with the yoga teaching of Surrender, also known as ishvara pranidhana.
Level: Beginner to intermediate
Equipment: 1 x Strap or 1 x towel
Pace: Tortoise -
A gentle stretch and some self-love. We all judge ourselves at time, when we let go, we allow space for growth and improve the relationships with those around us.
Equipment: Cushion, wall, chair. Prepare your body in a comfortable seated or laying position.
Level: All Levels

Contentment can be mean many different things at different points in your yoga journey. Contentment means accepting and appreciating what we have and who we are already. It’s being at peace and happy with where we have come to in the present moment. Contentment also means maintaining inner peace even when outside circumstances change or do not go to plan.
Levels: Beginner to easy intermediate
Equipment: 1 cushion or yoga block
Pace: Fast Tortoise/Dog -
A 20 mellow stretch targeting the main muscles in the lower body, prioritising hip release.
Equipment: 2 x Yoga Bricks
Level: All levels
Pace: Tortoise/Slow Dog
