If you’ve landed straight on this page, Hello I’m Isabel. I teach all of the sessions on Thursdays at Pednor House, HP5 2SY, Buckinghamshire. You can read me ‘About’ tab in the navigation bar.

I run sessions in this beautiful, secluded space located in the countryside between Chesham and Great Missenden. The space is well heated, private and designed to give you a tailored and supportive experience. I use this space for 1:1’s and small group classes of a maximum of six people. All equipment is provided, please bring you yoga mat or mat towel for additional padding and hygiene reasons.

If it’s your first time coming to Pednor House, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for parking and to allow time to settle in. There’s a section at the bottom of the page for first timers with more information. This is a residential area so I will guide you with parking on arrival. Sessions

Deep Stretching and Sound Healing

Stretch and Relax

In this session we focus on improving flexibility, calming the mind and balancing the energetic body. You can expect an introduction of breathwork, followed by seated and laying stretches held passively for 3-5 minutes. During the stretches you have the opportunity to explore yoga philosophy and dive into meditation.

The class concludes with a 15-20 minute sound healing relaxation snuggled under blankets, bolsters and eye pillows. Accompanied by the healing frequencies of a variety of instruments including; a yoga harmonium, quartz crystal bowls and koshi chimes to bring you into a deep state of steadiness and clarity. It’s a friendly and non-judgemental group who love to have a good chat before we begin.

Yoga for all levels

Thursdays at 7.15pm - 8.30pm

Stretch and tone from Head to Toe

A yoga session for all levels. In this session you can expect a gentle warm up followed by sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses and optional arm balances if you wish to explore them. The session concludes with breathwork, meditation and relaxation. I combine a variety of yoga styles in this session including Dharma Yoga and Jivamukti Yoga.

24 hours. If there is someone on the wait list who can fill your space, I can refund you regardless of cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

There are no sessions during school holidays.
There are also no classes on 23rd May and 30th May as I’m away on a course.

Summer Schedule
Monday 8th July - Friday 5th September (no classes). The last Thursday before summer is Thursday 4th July. Classes recommence on Thursday 12th September. I will continue 1:1’s at Pednor over the summer.

It’s my first time

Most SatNav’s will take you directly to Pednor House when you use the postcode HP5 2SY. I am in the countryside so please leave some time to get here. When you arrive you will come to a Court Yard with a Dove Cot. The sessions are held in the conservatory where the sessions are can be found just before or after this depending on the direction you are approaching from. There are two areas to park, which I will show you on arrival, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session. I are in a residential area so it’s important to park in the correct areas.

Parking

Please bring yourself, your yoga mat and water. You may also want to bring small sweat towel for the evening class.

There is one toilet for all genders. You are welcome to change in here too.

Many people ask about eating before sessions. It’s best to eat a couple of hours before to allow you to digest your food so you can move with ease.

Before the Session

If you’re late, I will leave a mat at the back of the class for you. Please make sure you are booked on beforehand so I know to keep a spot available for you. Anything over 5-7 minutes late is tricky for a group session because it can be disruptive for the other people in the session. I am as flexible as possible on this but if it’s too disruptive and unsafe to join, I may need to turn you away.
