i.               Squarespace, our website hosting and building company collects the following information on our behalf.  This includes: IP addresses, preferences, web pages you visited prior to coming to our or our Users’ sites, information about your browser, network or device (such as browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, preference settings, unique device IDs and language and other regional settings), information about how you interact with the Services and our Users’ sites (such as timestamps, clicks, scrolling, browsing times, searches, transactions, referral pages, load times, and problems you may encounter, such as loading errors). Information you provide via our website
We collect various personal information regarding you or your device. This includes the following:
i.      Information you provide to create an IDWellness Membership Account (this includes but is not limited to Library Membership, Supportive Membership and Bespoke Membership); specifically email address, first name and last name and your payment information. We receive a portion of your payment information from our payment processor (such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date of the payment card) and we ask you to select your jurisdiction. We use a payment processor called Stripe through our website. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.
ii.     Information when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, taste preferences, account settings, set preferences in Your Account, or otherwise provide information to us through our service or elsewhere.
iii.   Information you provide when signing up to our Mailing List; specifically email address, first name and last name.
iv.    Information you share with us in connection with surveys, contests or promotions.
v.     Information from your use of the Services or Users’ sites. The following information is requested by us; your goals and preferences, your budget, occupation, activity levels, however is not essential for the use of our services.
b. Contact Forms, you provide us with the following information; your first name, last name, email address and enquiry information.
c. Waitlist Forms,  you provide us with the following information; your first name, last name and email address.
d. Retreat booking forms, you provide us with the following information; your first name, last name, email address, phone number postal address, emergency contact first and last name, emergency contact phone number and email, your medical history including allergies, intolerances and skin conditions, accommodation preferences, transport choices and preferences.
vii.  Information you share provide us when booking and purchasing an IDWellness Service online such as a class, gifting service, bespoke service and any other IDWellness Service include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address and your payment information. “Paid Services” means any service(s) paid for via our website.
If you sign up for Paid Services directly with us, we obtain limited information about your payment card from our payment processor, such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date. Currently, our payment processor is Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with their privacy policy, Stripe Privacy Policy.

We use the personal information we obtain about you for the following purposes:
i.               Safety. To contact your emergency contact if you incur injury or other risk to your health. To take any precautions as a result of information gained via medical history.
ii.              Service. To understand your needs and goals to offer the best results from our services.
iii.            Communicating with you. Communicate with you, including by sending you emails about your transactions and Service-related announcements such as upcoming retreats/classes or IDWellness Membership updates.
iv.             Changes. To notify you of any changes or cancellations to our services.
v.              Provision of the Services. Create and manage your Account, provide and personalize our Services and process payments.
vi.             Surveys and contests. Administer surveys, contests and other promotions.
vii.           Promotion. Promote our Services and send you tailored marketing communications about products, services, offers, programs and promotions of IDWellness and measure the success of those campaigns. For example, we may send different marketing communications to you based on your subscription plan or what we think may interest you based on other information we hold about you.
viii.          Advertising. Analyse your interactions with our Services and third parties’ online services so we can tailor our advertising to what we think will interest you. For example, we may decide to advertise our class for Cyclists to you if we notice you open and click on many of our emails relating to Sports performance.
ix.             Customizing the Services. Provide you with customized services. For example, we use your location information to determine your language preferences or display accurate date and time information. We also use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.
x.              Improving our Services. Analyse and learn about how the Services are accessed and used, evaluate and improve our Services (including by developing new products and services and managing our communications) and monitor and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We usually do this based on anonymous, pseudonymized or aggregated information which does not focus on you individually. For example, if we learn that most Users are active in the morning browsing our website or using our website services, we are may be more likely to introduce morning workout videos or a workout programme designed for the mornings.

xiii.          Protection. Protect our and others’ interests, rights and property (e.g., to protect our Users from abuse).

ii.              Performance of a contract. We need your personal information to provide you with services and products requested by you. In other words, so we can perform our contract with. For example, we need your email address so you can sign in to your IDWellness Membership account.

iv.             Legitimate interests. We have a legitimate interest in using your personal information. In particular, we have a legitimate interest in the following cases; to operate the IDWellness and provide you with tailored advertising and communications to develop and promote IDWellness, to provide and improve our Services, including any personalized services - we do this as it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests of providing an innovative and tailored offering to our Users on a sustained basis, to comply with a court order or binding law enforcement request, to anonymize and subsequently use anonymized information.

We transmit your personal information via an encrypted connection to our payment processor, Stripe. 

7.4 Your rights and choices
i.               Where applicable law requires (and subject to any relevant exceptions under law), you may have the right to access, update, change or delete personal information.
ii.              You can access, update, change or delete personal information either directly in your Account or by contacting us via email at issidaniella@icloud.com to request the required changes.
iii.            You can exercise your other rights (including deleting your Account) by contacting us via email at issidaniella@icloud.com. Please note that we may need to verify your identity in connection with your requests, and such verification process may, if you do not have access to your Account, require you to provide us with additional information (e.g., government identification). Even if you have access to your Account, we may request additional information if we believe it’s necessary to verify your identity. If we are unable to verify your identity or request, we may not, in accordance with applicable law, be able to fulfil your request.
iv.             Mailing Lists. You can unsubscribe to our mailing list through the link at the bottom of our newsletters. We have several mailing lists to ensure our clients receive the relevant information to them. It’s possible that you will be signed up to multiple mailing lists. v.              Please note that, for technical reasons, there is likely to be a delay in deleting your personal information from our systems when you ask us to delete it.
