The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

· “Bespoke Programmes” means our 5-15 week programmes, which combine our modalities to assist you in specific areas such as stress relief, pregnancy or fulfilment. These are designed on a 1:1 basis tailored and explored according to your needs and goals.
· “Bespoke Services” refer to private IDWellness services tailored to an individuals needs and goals.
· “Class” or “Session” is any session provided by IDWellness offering one of our holistic modalities such as yoga.
· “Contact Forms” are forms found on our website with the purpose of submitting an enquiry or making an interaction with IDWellness.
· “Cookies” are small pieces of data that websites store on a device. Cookies can improve your visitors’ browsing experience because they help websites remember preferences and understand how people use different features.
· “Corporate Wellness” means any services we offer to a company, business or group. This includes offering our IDWellness Membership as a corporate package, classes or workshops in person or online.

· “Terms of Service” (also referred as "Terms" or “Terms of Use”) mean these Terms of Service that form the entire agreement between You and IDWellness.

Information you provide to create an IDWellness Membership Account (this includes but is not limited to Library Membership, Supportive Membership and Bespoke Membership); specifically email address, first name and last name and your payment information. We receive a portion of your payment information from our payment processor (such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date of the payment card) and we ask you to select your jurisdiction. We use a payment processor called Stripe through our website. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.
ii. Information when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, taste preferences, account settings, set preferences in Your Account, or otherwise provide information to us through our service or elsewhere.
iii. Information you provide when signing up to our Mailing List; specifically email address, first name and last name.

Information you share provide us when booking and purchasing an IDWellness Service online such as a class, gifting service, bespoke service and any other IDWellness Service include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address and your payment information. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required.
If IDWellness is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released. All requests should be emailed.
