With over 10 years of experience, I specialise in holistic wellness modalities to assist you on your journey to wellness and happiness. Issi combines powerful practices including yoga, pilates, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, life coaching and more to bring you to a state of physical, mental and spiritual balance. My sessions connect you to the authentic version of yourself, allowing to expand into a greater state of consciousness and become the best version of yourself.
I draws knowledge and inspiration from her experiences in running, contortion, handstanding, ballet, life coaching, therapy and more. I enjoys working with all walks of life, whether in groups or 1:1 and loves a challenge.
